Ending support for FlopDeek OS 7 in 2024

As the FloptropicanOS and newer version of it continues to develop and grow exponentially, our teams at A Floptropica Company have to maintain every single FloptropicanOS, FlopPapei OS, DeekOS and FlopDeek OS version to provide continuous support and smooth, security experience for all. However, as time changed, more legacy software and technology become obsolete, and the fact that FlopDeek OS 7 already reached 6 years of security updates this year, we decided to ending support for FlopDeek OS 7. Ending support of FlopDeek OS 7 allows us to bring more features to everyone without any kinds of delays.

What date will FlopDeek OS 7 dropped support ?

FlopDeek OS 7, which released on 2018, will dropped support on 1/2/2024. At that date, FlopDeek OS 7 users will no longer receives security or any new feature updates. However, FlopDeek OS 7 users would continue to receive critical security update.

What happen to my device when FlopDeek OS 7 dropped support ?

Your device will continue to function as normal after FlopDeek OS 7 dropped support. However, please keep in mind that your device would no longer be safe to use (or more vunerble to security risks) after FlopDeek OS 7 stop receiving updates. Only critical security update will be roll out to FlopDeek OS 7 users by then.

Should I update to the latest version of FlopDeek OS/DeekOS/FlopPapei OS/FloptropicanOS or buying a new device ?

Yes and yes. If you want to continue receive security and software update, please update the software into the latest version of FlopDeek OS (FlopDeek OS 8 or later), Deek OS FlopPapei OS or FloptropicanOS (Depends of the device that you owned). If your device was not compatible to either of these software, you could purchase the new device at FlopPapei store, A Floptropica Company website and third-party stores (Note: You can purchase FlopPapei devices in Floptropica ONLY)

How long does my device support software updates ?

FlopPapei, Floptropican Electronics, FlopValue and DeekTech devices are supported up to 7 years of software updates. FlopDeek devices receives 6-7 year of software updates. If your device is no longer supported, we recomended to buy the new one.
